WE ARE MOVING TO MAINE! Please stay tuned
Based in South Yarmouth, MA
A Community Supported Bakery (CSB) offering fresh, handmade sourdough breads weekly.
**WE ARE MOVING TO CENTRAL MAINE! Please continue to follow us as we continue our adventures up north**
A Community Supported Bakery or CSB is much like a CSA, Community Supported Agriculture, in which members pay a set amount upfront and receive their share of products on a scheduled pickup day, generally weekly. This helps the bakery cover production expenses and allows members to get the freshest goods at a consistent rate. Being a member has other benefits like knowing your baker and exactly what is in your baked goods, being first to try the bakery's new recipes and seasonal items, and connects you to your food in a way that traditional shopping can't replicate.
All of our bread is baked just hours before pick up so it's as if you just pulled it out of your own oven, still warm. Each bread is also uniquely scored/stenciled, making them custom pieces of art. *We post all designs on our Instagram page so be sure to check that out!*
Our CSB not only offers fresh & creative bread, but included in your membership each month are several extras curated from other local small businesses. Signing on with The Bread share isn't just supporting our tiny venture it is supporting your community on an even larger scale.

Annick (a-neek)
Owner/baker
The Bread Share's inception was inspired by many things: a life-long love of baking, a passion for sharing life's simple pleasures, a growing devotion to scratch-made foods, and overwhelming support from friends and family, to name a few. As a homemaker and mother to two young children, I take great pride in giving my all to any task I take on-creating delicious, quality breads and curating fun extras is no different. I look forward to getting to know each member and hope you can sense the joy and enthusiasm baked into each loaf!
The most delicious, special bread-I race to Dunn & Sons every Saturday to grab my loaf!
Just want to extend my gratitude for all the bread this summer-I can't even begin to tell you how much my family and I have enjoyed it! ...Thank you again!!!
Omg. I am in awe of your bread. It is insane. My husband and I have owned restaurants in NYC and Montreal and your bread is beyond. Kudos and I will be spreading your name near and far. I am devouring the bread as is. Just plain.
Everyone can make sourdough if they try hard enough, but no one does it better than Annick.
A lot of factors go into a loaf, some we can control and some we can't. Annick has a magic about her and no sourdough I've tasted or baked myself comes close to hers.
Once you experience it, it becomes the gold standard. I feel fortunate to have access to it. Honestly, part of me wants to gatekeep it because I know the quantities are limited, but I'll do the right thing and let you all in on the "secret".
Just know that once you have it, there is no going back!
